Can my installer see my location?
No. Your installer sees the registration and installation record, without access to locations, journeys or GPS alerts. That information is reserved for you and the accounts you authorise.
Can I track all my vehicles in one place?
Yes. Your vehicles are brought together in your TRACK account. Switch between them to view their location and history. To add a vehicle, visit an installation point.
Can I share a vehicle with a family member?
Yes. Sharing the keys does not automatically give access to tracking: you choose which accounts are authorised. Agree on how tracking will be used and inform the drivers involved.
Does tracking work everywhere?
GPS reception and mobile transmission vary by location. Some solutions store positions and transmit them when network access returns; this feature must be confirmed for the chosen equipment.
Is there a subscription?
SPYNEX TRACK costs 60,000 FCFA per vehicle per year. The plan includes the tracker and standard installation, SIM and connectivity, platform, and maintenance and replacement for normal equipment failure under the contract. The equipment remains SPYNEX property.
